Online Driver Orientation

Driver orientation is our first opportunity to welcome you to Master Carrier Transportation.  We want to make the orientation process efficient and enjoyable to ultimately get you moving!

Direct to Work Orientation

Our Direct to Work program allows you to complete orientation requirements online at home, saving you time prior to travel! Schedule screenings to fit your availability at a location near you. Just like a traditional orientation, you'll be paid upon completion. 

Documents Needed

• Valid class A license from your state of residence
• Current DOT medical card (If you have a current DOT medical certification with at least 60 days remaining.  If you do not have a current certification or your card has less than 60 days remaining, Master Carrier Transportation will send you to our clinic for a new one)
• Social Security numbers and birth dates for dependents to be covered by benefit offerings
• Voided check or bank-authorized document containing bank routing and account numbers
• Two forms of identification as required by the I-9 form

Compensation and Paperwork

  Drivers are compensated the first week payroll after completing orientation. Pay varies by orientation type.  You will complete all necessary paperwork and receive instruction on company policies, safety standards and general company information.
